  1. We ship to the USA only.
     
  2. We usually ship non-firearm orders via least expensive route.
     
  3. The shipping quote provided by our website is normally accurate. If for some reason the actual shipping is more that quoted we will contact you.
     
  4. AMMUNITION SHIPMENTS: No shipments to Alaska or Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Guam due to Hazmat restrictions. When shipping ammunition, UPS should make three delivery attempts. If after three different attempts, you fail to take delivery of the ammunition it will be returned to CMP ARMS, LLC. After it is returned to us you are still be responsible for all shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee.
     
  5. FIREARMS SHIPMENTS: Firearms are shipped to FFL dealers only. Please select a local FFL to have your firearm transferred to you. After you have completed your transaction, send us a copy of your dealer's current Federal Firearms License, fax to 623-561-1447 or email to customerservice@cmparms.com. We cannot ship your firearms order without this license in our file.
  6. SHIPPING: Due to FedEx and UPS requirements, handguns ship separately from ammunition. Shipping will not calculate if your order is over 2000lbs, please call. 
     
  7. TRACKING: Tracking numbers are usually emailed to you within a day of your item shipping, unless you order firearms, then the tracking number is sometimes sent to the FFL dealer.
     
  8. ARIZONA STATE SALES TAX: CMP ARMS LLC. is based in Arizona. Arizona residents making purchases have an 8.35% sales tax added unless an exemption is on file.
     
  9. ALL FIREARM PURCHASES ARE FINAL. NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS.
     
  10. RETURNS: If you are not happy with the accessories you receive, you may return them in new condition within 30 days for a refund. Acceptable returns must be in unused/untested/new condition with undamaged, unopened manufacturers original packaging including all included labels, instructions, inserts etc. Product must be resalable. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping is non-refundable.
     
  11. DAMAGED SHIPMENTS: If an item is damaged during shipment keep all materials (boxes, packing lists, labels and merchandise included in the shipment) this will help the claims process. Open and inspect all your items immediately upon receiving them. If the package was damaged in shipment, please call us at (623) 332-7045.
     
  12. CANCELLING ORDERS: If you cancel a firearm order prior to shipping, you are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Please contact the manufacturer if warranty repair is needed.
  • Orders cancelled due to ITAR violations, or if we suspect a violation, we will cancel your order and charge you a 10% restocking fee.
  • If you place an order using our website or by phone with one of our associates and the order is canceled for any reason, you are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
  • If you order magazines that are restricted in your area, we will cancel the order and charge you a 10% restocking fee.

 Please be sure your order is correct and complete prior to submitting it. We cannot change, amend, cancel, add or combine accessory orders once they are submitted. By placing an order with us, you are agreeing to all our terms and conditions.
